Wire Terminators
WR-01 Discrete Solder Sleeve Wire Terminators (Shield Terminators)
Voltage 1kV Ideal for wire termination
PE or PVDF as the out layer with the tin ring inner are all environmental friendly.
Applications
Terminating wires to component terminals, such as motor tabs, connector pins, and switch terminals
Features/Benefits
Transparent outer layer, made from PE or PVDF. Provide encapsulation, insulation and strain relief
Refluxed solder ring, offers controlled soldering process
Thermoplastic inner insert at each end of the terminator, sealing against water and moisture
Easy to use, and minimize damages to the termination
Clear sleeve, make it easy to detect wire splice
Temperature Range
Operating Temperature : -55 ~ 125 ºC
Shrink Temperature : 150 ~ 200 ºC
Colour
Outer layer available in transparent only
Inner thermoplastic insert available in Red, Blue, Yellow, Transparent
